back online!

well, I am finally able to update our blog..... our computer crashed and we finally have a new one up and running! A lot has happened since the last time I posted. We went to Disneyland.....it is such a fabulous place, I love it! The kids had tons of fun and we just ran them everyday until they crashed!

don't they look like they are having the time of their lives?!!

the highlight for Cameron was the "Jedi Training" he got to fight Darth Vader and everything! He still talks about this non stop!

Graham loved the characters. All of the kids thought they were pretty cool (especially Mickey), but Graham was amazed by them....we couldn't drag him away from them...he just wanted to stay with them forever!!! He was most excited about Mickey and Tigger......

Graham had a harness on the entire time and a child locator hooked to his shoe.......it was a good thing too or we would have lost him several times. While we were standing in line, he would wiggle through any spot he could find and make a break for it as fast as he could! Cameron loved every ride he went on, but he says his favorite was splash mountain because of the "big hill at the end".... owen was really good and slept a lot! It was a lot of work, but well worth it in my opinion!!! (Aaron is not so sure...)

We celebrated Easter and had multiple Easter egg hunts...

We went to Colorado to visit our really good friend, Erin.....she works at this amazing resort in Avon, Colorado, and she hooked us up with this amazing cabin in the middle of the ski hill! we could walk out the front door, ski down the hill, and then take the lift right back up to the cabin!!! It was so awesome!!! there was a hot tub on the deck, and the inside was really big and nice!.....We took Cameron skiing for the first time and he did pretty well........he was pretty nervous the entire time, but when we got back to the cabin he didn't want to stop!!! Did I mention this was an amazing vacation!!!??? We loved it! I guess we were so busy playing and skiing I didn't really get any pictures of Colorado......but we stopped at Arches on the way there, and I got some pictures of that!!!....... What a beautiful place......I have to say, I really love Utah!!!

these were the first arches we stopped at......Graham and Owen were both asleep in the car, so I stayed with them while Aaron and Stan took Cameron to see them. On their way back, the battery in our camara died, so we didn't get any other pictures of Arches!!! The kids loved it though.......they had a lot of fun running around and climbing on and sliding down big rocks!!!

Aaron and Cameron hiking up the trail....

tunnel arch...

pine tree arch....

Cameron and "uncle Stan"....this is our good friend Stan that went to Colorado with us......Cameron is convinced he is his uncle and won't be talked out of it, so he is uncle stan!!!

The day after we got home from colorado, cameron and graham were playing in the living room (i think they were jumping from the arm of one couch, to the arm of the other......im not sure, i didnt really see what happened) anyway....Graham fell off the couch and broke both of the bones in his lower arm!!! He gets his cast off this week..........but it sure has been an adventure!!!

In April, Cameron turned 4! He had a star wars birthday party (big surprise...he plays star wars every day, all day with anyone who is willing to participate!) I made jedi costumes and lightsabers for all of the kids, we had a luke skywalker cake, a spiderman pinata (I couldn't find a Darth Vader one!) and Darth Vader (Aaron) came and all of the kids had a chance to fight him! It was pretty wild, but a lot of fun!!! Cameron loved it!!!

Aarons sister graduated from BYU (hooray for Ashley!!!) so we got to see his parents and brother, and spend some time with the family!!! It was a lot of fun, but somehow I didn't get any pictures......

It has finally warmed up here and we have been taking full advantage of it!!! We have been cooking on our grill almost every night, eating outside, riding bikes, eating popsicles, going to the park, planting flowers, and doing just about anything we can do outside!!! I love it, this is my favorite time of year...all of our trees have beautiful blossoms, there are flowers everywhere, and it always smells like freshly cut grass outside!!! (there is always someone mowing their lawn in our neighborhood!) and the weather is perfect.....not too cold, not too hot!!!

warm water

At dinner tonight, Cameron asked me if he could please have a drink of water. When I said yes, he asked if I could get him a drink of warm water. I don't know if he has sensitive teeth or what, but he won't eat things if they are cold! We had strawberries for breakfast and he wouldn't eat his until they had "warmed up"........I don't know if he ever got around to eating them, or if Graham just did his usual - crawl across the table and eat anything left on anyone elses plate - he loves doing that, especially if it means more fruit! Graham would live on fruit if we let him!

Birthdays and Snow Fun...

Well, so far this year...

I turned 29!

Graham turned 2 and had a little einsteins party....

everyone had fun,

and Graham got some fun new toys!

We played in the snow at Island Park........ We went snowmobiling, cross country skiing, sledding, and built tunnels through the snow (there was a LOT of snow up there!)

the snow cave...

did i mention there was a lot of snow... here is cameron standing in the driveway of the cabin!

Graham... our wanderer! He doesn't care what everyone else is doing, wherever we go, Graham wants to wander off by himself and explore. He made it pretty far down the road before I caught him!

Aaron taking Cameron for a ride! The kids loved Grandpa's fast snowmobiles!

Graham all suited up and waiting for his turn on the snowmobile!

A real Princess!

Cameron informed me today while we were eating lunch that if I used hairspray, I could look like a real Princess! Oh, and if I used the kind that made my hair yellow, I could look like Cinderella!
